For most home and investment loans, nothing. We're paid a commission by the lender when your loan settles, so our service is free to you. Where a fee could ever apply, we tell you up front and in writing before you commit to anything.

We hold a panel of more than 30 lenders, spanning the major banks, second-tier banks and specialist non-bank lenders. That range lets us match your situation to the lender most likely to approve it on the best terms — not just the one we know best.

It's a legal obligation that requires mortgage brokers to act in your best interests when recommending a loan. In practice it means weighing more than the headline rate — structure, flexibility, fees and your goals — and being able to show why a recommendation is right for you.
